The purpose of the Ragin' Cajun Bowling Club is to provide all students of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette the opportunity to bowling in intra-school and intercollegiate competition representing the university. Bowlers get to experience competing on sport-shot oil patterns, including official PBA oil patterns. The regular season is from September through May. We are considered a club sport on campus and receive a small fund from the university to cover travel and lodging cost.
Team members must be full-time students (12 hours) with a minimal GPA of 2.0 for returning/transfer students. Team members must maintain full-time status to be eligible to compete for the university at intercollegiate competitions. To be eligble for a second year, students must have completed 24 credit hours the previous school year.
For complete requirements and rules: USBC Collegiate Rulebook.
